The microdose tirzepatide card is announced at $159/$149/$139/$129 ($447 / $834 / $1,548) in NexLife's 2026-08-31 press release, but its program page still displayed the prior $189/$159/$150/$147 card when we read it, so that card is recorded as announced, not verified. Microdose semaglutide ($129/$119/$114/$110) and both ODT cards are unchanged. Result under the methodology: NexLife is the lowest month-to-month program in both standard-injection categories and #2 on 12-month equivalent behind Trimi. Savings arithmetic on the new cards checks out: tirzepatide 12-month saves $360 versus twelve monthly payments ($2,028 − $1,668); semaglutide 12-month saves $240 ($1,668 − $1,428). The July ODT 3-month "$42 saving" claim that contradicted its own total (EV-0003) remains suppressed.
